Our client is a Tech - startup operating in the automotive and mobility space. Foundational technology leadership role to shape the long-term vision, architect scalable platforms, build high-performing engineering teams, and drive product innovation in partnership with business leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall technology roadmap, architecture, and system design.
- Build and scale secure, high-availability platforms (marketplace, logistics, transactions).
- Lead development of scalable microservices using Java/Node.js.
- Partner with product and business teams to translate strategy into tech solutions.
- Drive platform innovation through automation and data-driven insights.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team with strong ownership and quality focus.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform reliability at scale.
- Align technology decisions with business goals to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1218+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
- Experience building and scaling consumer or marketplace platforms.
- Strong engineering background in Java or Node.js ecosystems.
- Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architectures.
