Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy, overseeing software development and product development, and ensuring the efficient implementation of IT initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include guiding architecture and system design, managing technology teams, and aligning technology goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy & Roadmap

Develop and articulate a clear technology vision and strategic direction.

Align technology initiatives with the company's overall business strategy.

Lead long-term planning for scalable and sustainable technical growth.

2. Software Development & Infrastructure

Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Manage infrastructure to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.

Monitor and enhance technology operations and performance metrics.

3. Innovation & Research

Drive innovation to maintain a competitive edge.

Lead research initiatives for future technology and product improvements.

4. Budget & Vendor Management

Prepare, manage, and optimize the technology budget.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners.

5. Communication & Leadership

Promote effective communication within the tech team and with other departments.

Represent the company in external technology forums and communities.

Mentor, inspire, and develop high-performing technical teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role.

Strong knowledge of emerging technology trends and strategic implementation.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and manage cross-functional teams.
