Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Head of VLSI Programs at Maven Silicon, located in Bengaluru. The individual in this leadership role will spearhead the VLSI programs and oversee the development and execution of technology strategies. Key responsibilities include managing software and product development, directing IT strategies and architecture, overseeing project execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering innovation to maintain industry leadership.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Software Development and Product Development to drive technical advancement
  • Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture to align technology initiatives with organizational goals
  • Strong expertise in Project Management for efficiently overseeing VLSI programs and team collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team towards innovation and excellence
  • Solid understanding of the VLSI and semiconductor industry
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
