IIMaspirant.in is developing a technology-driven education platform for CAT and IPMAT aspirants emphasizing structure, consistency and measurable outcomes. Currently in the execution phase, we are assembling a small but highly-ownership-oriented founding team.

Role Overview

This is a founding leadership role that grants you complete ownership of the technology and product execution. You'll collaborate directly with the Founder to build and expand the platform from the very beginning.

During the initial phase, this working will be equity-only. Our objective is to develop a standalone LMS (Learner Management System).

Core Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the entire technology stack
• Develop, manage, and scale the WordPress-based platform (mandatory)
• Design and implement the LMS and mock test infrastructure
• Make critical build versus buy decisions
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability
• Translate product vision into a clear technical roadmap
• Establish engineering workflows and documentation
• Hire and lead future tech team members

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience with WordPress (non-negotiable)
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies and system design
• Experience in startups or product-driven environments is preferred
• Ownership mindset; comfortable with ambiguity
• Willingness to work without a salary initially, for equity upside
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid setup (Indore preferred)

Equity & Structure

• 10–15% equity, subject to vesting
• Open to with investment
• Compensation to evolve with revenue milestones
