Build and lead a highperforming technology team, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and vendor/partner governance.

Proven track record of leading cloud migration or hybridcloud transformations (AWS/Azure/GCP) in midsize or enterprise environments.

Experience managing infrastructure and hardware (data centres, networks, endpoints) along with cloud platforms.

Domain experience in diamonds, jewellery, gems, luxury retail, or manufacturing/supplychain intensive businesses is highly desirable.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business leadership and nontechnical teams.
