Your Mission

You will own the entire Technology roadmap from shaping architecture to leading the product from MVP scalable platform. Build, innovate, ship, iterate.

What You Will Build

• Full LMS system: mock test engine, scores, rankings, insights
• Content distribution + subscription infrastructure
• Adaptive analytics powered by data & behavioral insights
• High-performance mobile & web applications
• Secure payment + user management systems
• AI-driven learning experiences (future roadmap)

Role Responsibilities

• Architect and build a complete tech stack. Lead agile product development cycles. Develop mobile (Android/iOS) and responsive web experiences. Manage deployment, security, and scalability. Build and lead a future tech team. Contribute to product strategy and business decisions.

• Hands-on expertise with Hostinger:
• - Hosting architecture, server configurations, DNS management
• - Performance optimization, caching, CDN setup, uptime reliability
• - Backup systems, migration planning, cost optimization

Advanced WordPress proficiency:

- Core architecture, themes, plugins, custom development

- Performance tuning, security hardening, scalability

- Integration with external systems and APIs

Full-stack development experience:

- JavaScript, Node.js, Python, React Native, Next.js

- Building and scaling LMS platforms, EdTech solutions, test-series applications, SaaS products

- Analytics dashboards and reporting systems

Strong command over databases, system architecture, integrations, and security. Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and user-centric design. Founder's mindset: strategic thinking, ownership, relentless execution. Willingness to invest time, leadership, and capital into a high-growth vision, treating the product as your own.
