Chief Technology Officer

Role - Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location - Bengalore (WFO)

As CTO, you will work directly with the Founder, define the long-term technology roadmap, build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization, and drive product innovation. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant ownership, equity, and the opportunity to shape the future of the company.

Application Criteria :-

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline Experience

● 10–15 years of software engineering experience

● 3–5+ years leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, VP Engineering, or CTO

● Proven experience building and scaling consumer or SaaS products from early stage through growth Startup Experience

● Prior experience at a fast-growing startup, preferably as an early engineering leader or founding engineer

● Experience scaling engineering teams, processes, and systems from the ground up

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products and teams Technical Expertise

● Strong hands-on background in Python

● Extensive experience with FastAPI or Flask

● Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB

● Strong understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

● Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, or similar messaging systems

● Expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and production reliability

● Practical experience integrating AI/LLM-based products, APIs, or machine learning systems

Leadership & Product Ownership

● Experience defining engineering strategy and technology roadmap

● Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams

● Ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with people management

● Strong collaboration with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders

● Experience establishing engineering best practices, development processes, and technical standards.
