Role Overview:

GoldCash Group is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and build a scalable digital gold and fintech infrastructure platform connecting physical gold assets with tokenised ownership, investment products, and digital distribution systems across India.

This role involves architecting and executing a secure, compliant, and scalable ecosystem that supports:

Digital Gold trading platforms

Blockchain-based gold tokenisation

SIP-style recurring investment systems

Franchise-wide digital integration

Customer-facing fintech applications

Real-time asset tracking and valuation infrastructure

Regulatory-ready fintech architecture aligned with Indian frameworks

The CTO will act as the principal architect of GoldCash's transition into a digital asset infrastructure company within India.

Strategic Objective of the Role:

This position will lead the transformation of GoldCash from:

Gold Operations Company → Fintech Platform → Digital Asset Infrastructure Ecosystem

The CTO will design systems enabling programmable, divisible, and digitally tradable gold-backed financial products across India.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Technology Vision & Architecture

Define and execute the organization's technology roadmap

Design scalable cloud-native infrastructure supporting operations across India

Build API-first architecture enabling ecosystem integrations

Develop microservices-based transaction platforms

Ensure interoperability between physical gold inventory and digital ledger systems

2. Digital Gold & Tokenisation Infrastructure

Architect blockchain-based gold tokenisation systems

Enable 1:1 backing between physical gold reserves and digital tokens

Implement proof-of-reserve frameworks

Build smart-contract-enabled ownership transfer mechanisms

Establish secure custody and verification layers

3. SIP-Based Investment Infrastructure

Develop automated gold accumulation engines

Enable recurring investment workflows

Implement portfolio tracking dashboards

Design NAV tracking and settlement automation

Support retail and institutional investment participation within India

4. Blockchain & Settlement Systems

Implement smart contract infrastructure for issuance and redemption

Design hybrid ledger strategies where required

Enable secure wallet infrastructure

Support compliant settlement frameworks

Explore Web3 interoperability where legally viable in India

5. Financial Systems & Pricing Infrastructure

Build pricing engines linked to Indian and global gold markets

Develop reconciliation and settlement systems

Implement lending infrastructure for gold-backed credit

Design collateral and LTV monitoring engines

Enable hybrid yield and leasing products

6. Customer, Branch & Franchise Technology Platforms

Build unified CRM across all branches and franchise locations in India

Develop branch and franchise operating systems

Enable digital onboarding and KYC automation

Provide performance dashboards for franchise partners

Integrate lifecycle management across locations

7. Cybersecurity, Compliance & Governance

Establish enterprise-grade cybersecurity architecture

Implement audit-ready transaction transparency systems

Enable regulatory alignment with Indian authorities including:

RBI

SEBI

NPCI

UIDAI

Design compliance-first architecture for fintech scalability

8. AI, Automation & Analytics Infrastructure

Implement AI-driven customer insights and behaviour modelling

Build fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems

Enable predictive analytics for pricing and demand

Develop executive intelligence dashboards

Automate reconciliation and back-office workflows

9. Platform & Super-App Development

Lead development of customer web and mobile super-app

Enable wallet infrastructure and transaction layers

Integrate payments, identity verification, and banking rails

Support institutional investor access layers within India

10. Vendor & Ecosystem Management

Manage technology vendors and partners

Evaluate blockchain infrastructure providers

Oversee cloud architecture providers

Ensure scalable and cost-efficient technology decisions

11. Technology Team Leadership

Build and lead engineering, product, and infrastructure teams

Establish DevOps pipelines and delivery frameworks

Define engineering standards and architecture governance

Develop long-term technical capability within the organization
