Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Bangalore. The CTO will lead the organization's technological vision by developing and implementing IT strategies and systems. Responsibilities include overseeing software development projects, managing product development cycles, driving IT architecture design, and ensuring that the company's technology aligns with its business goals. The CTO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Responsibilities will include

• Build, hire, and scale the India technology team

• Establish engineering standards, culture, and delivery processes

• Lead system architecture, development, and platform scalability

• Drive microservices-based architecture and API-led integrations

• Own cloud and DevOps strategy (AWS, CI/CD, automation)

• Partner with global stakeholders and manage cross-location transition

Profile of Candidates

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar senior technology leadership role is highly desirable.
