Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the technological vision of the organization and oversee the development and implementation of new systems and technologies. Key responsibilities include managing software development projects, spearheading IT strategy, designing system architecture, and overseeing product development initiatives. The CTO will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Equity based.
Qualifications
- Good hands-on experience in software development. If you've built projects, internships, or real products, that counts.
- Comfortable planning and managing your own tasks, and able to handle projects with clarity.
- Someone who can think about how tech should work, not just how to code it.
- Interest or experience in product development maybe you've launched your own app, website, or tool.
- Strong communication and the ability to work well with a small, fast-moving team.
- Able to handle remote work responsibly and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- A degree is not required. High school, college, or recent graduate all good. What matters is skill and mindset.
- Any exposure to ed-tech, AI, or tech-driven projects is a big plus.
