Chiestra Racehorse Business (RBC) supports startup founders by providing bespoke strategy expertise and resources enabling businesses to become stronger and easily scalable. RBC also connects startups with the right investors and offers fundraising support. Looking for a Co-Founder / CTO (Equity-Based Opportunity) & Immediate Joining / 15 Days or Less

We are building CHIE – The MRI for Startups, an AI-driven platform focused on startup gap discovery, business intelligence, and execution readiness.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is excited about building something meaningful from the ground up.

Engagement Model
• Full-time commitment
• Location : Bangalore only
• Equity-based role until funding is raised
• We expect fundraising within the next 4–5 months, although it may happen earlier or take slightly longer depending on market response and customer adoption

Who We Are Looking For
• Able to independently lead technology development and act as a hands-on CTO
• Strong ability to convert business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
• Takes ownership of delivery, quality, and outcomes
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience in building AI/ML-based applications
• Good understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment workflows
• Strong focus on code quality, unit testing, integration testing, and system reliability
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development and MCP Server-based collaboration
• Experience working with multiple LLMs, trusted data sources, RAG 2.0, and bias-control mechanisms
• Strong knowledge of market research, market intelligence and quantitative/qualitative assessment report generation is a must
• Ability to guide and coordinate a small fractional technical team towards productive outcomes
