Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the overall technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap for full stack healthcare platforms
Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems
Manage, mentor, and scale engineering teams to ensure consistent high-quality delivery
Collaborate with product, clinical, operations, and business stakeholders to define priorities and execution plans
Drive innovation, experimentation, and adoption of modern technologies across engineering teams
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices
Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, and architectural governance frameworks
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, data security, and quality standards
Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms
Align technology initiatives with business growth and organizational objectives
