Role Description
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) specializing in Artificial Intelligence for our team in Bhavnagar. This is a full-time, on-site role. The CTO will lead the technological vision, oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, and ensure alignment with our business objectives. Responsibilities include managing software development, leading project teams, devising IT strategies, defining system architecture, and driving innovative product development. The CTO will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to advance technological excellence within the organization.

- Expertise in Project Management to lead and deliver complex initiatives successfully
- Ability to design and implement IT Strategies for organizational efficiency
- Experience in creating system Architecture to ensure scalability and performance
- Proven track record in Product Development with a focus on AI solutions
- Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Experience in the real estate or digital marketing domain is advantageous
