Role Summary:
* 16+ years of IT leadership experience as CTO, CIO, Head of IT, or equivalent.
* Experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel-Tech sectors.
* Strong background in B2C platforms, application development, UI/UX, integrations, AI/ML, and predictive analytics.
* Certifications in Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, or related technologies preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Drive AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation initiatives.
Build scalable, secure, modular, and interoperable technology architecture.
Develop customer-centric travel platforms, self-booking portals, and digital ecosystems.
Implement AI-powered personalization, recommendation engines, dynamic pricing, and customer engagement solutions.
Establish enterprise data strategy, data lake architecture, advanced analytics, and real-time dashboards.
Lead integrations with GDS, ERP, CRM, WhatsApp, SMS, e-Invoicing, and support platforms through APIs.
Ensure cybersecurity, GDPR, PCI-DSS compliance, AI governance, privacy, and risk management.
Drive cloud adoption, disaster recovery, infrastructure reliability, and 99.9% system uptime.
Build and lead teams across Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, AI/ML, Data Science, and Enterprise Applications.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to enhance customer experience through AI-driven insights and automation
