Our client is a large, listedtechnology organization headquartered in Gurgaon. They are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology & Product Officer to lead product strategy, engineering execution and technology innovation. This is a highimpact role for a single senior leader who will own endtoend product portfolios, scale engineering capability, accelerate revenue growth and act as a public (Internal )thought leader during a period of rapid expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for complex, largescale B2B enterprise products; align roadmaps to company growth targets and customer outcomes.
- Lead and grow global engineering and product organizations (senior leaders, product managers, architects, SWE, QA, SRE, UX); build capability, structure and career ladders.
- Drive platform thinking: scalable architectures, APIs, modular product platforms and data/AI foundations to support rapid product velocity and reuse.
- Ensure delivery excellence: high quality, on-time releases, robust SRE/ops, security/compliance, and measurable SLAs for enterprise customers.
- Translate customer needs (large enterprises) into product requirements, monetization models and GTM plays to drive ARR/contract expansion.
- Foster a highperformance culture: hiring, mentoring, retention, and developing senior talent from within the organization.
- Act as external/internal thought leader: represent the company with customers, analysts, investors and at industry events; evangelize technology strategy.
- Manage vendor/partner ecosystem, M&A technology diligence and postacquisition integration when required.
- Partner closely with Board and CEO on technology and product roadmaps, risk, compliance, and major investments.
Experience & Qualifications
- 18+ years of total experience with progressive leadership roles in product and engineering at large enterprise technology companies.
- Strong academic pedigree and tenure at MAANG or equivalent top-tier product companies preferred
- Proven track record building and managing large, complex B2B enterprise products (multimodule platforms, integrations, regulated or missioncritical systems).
- Demonstrated success scaling engineering organisations, with experience improving delivery, quality and engineering metrics.
- Strong commercial orientation: experience driving product monetization, pricing, ARR/contract growth and working with enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep technical expertise: system architecture, cloud-native platforms, APIs, data platforms, security, and modern devops/SRE practices.
- Experience with AI/ML productization and leveraging data platforms to drive differentiated product features is preferred.
- Track record of growing within an organization (multiyear tenure with progressive responsibility); evidence of longterm impact rather than frequent lateral moves.
- Strong leadership presence, stakeholder management and ability to work with Csuite, Board, investors and key enterprise customers.
