The Position:

As the Chief Software Architect, you will be the principal architect and strategic visionary for the future of the Loan Vision product. This role will report directly to Loan Vision's Vice President of Product. You will be responsible for product stability, own completion and maintenance of full product documentation, as well as driving technical roadmap, architecture, and long-term development direction for our core platform. This highly technical role is ideal for a senior developer or architect with a deep background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. While this role does not include direct managerial responsibilities, it is a strategic leadership position expected to provide visionary guidance and influence the technical direction and priorities of the development team

As Chief Software Architect at Loan Vision, you will:

• Lead the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centralbased platform.

• Drive product stability by addressing critical system issues, reducing technical debt, and enforcing engineering best practices.

• Champion automation in deployment, testing, and monitoring to ensure consistent performance and reliability.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system architecture, integrations, and release impacts.

• Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) across the product lifecyclefrom planning to deployment.

• Guide teams on best practices in code quality, design patterns, and scalable system development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decisions on technology and product evolution.

• Spearhead Loan Vision's AI strategy, identifying and integrating intelligent solutions that enhance product value.

• Oversee integration of emerging technologies to support platform modernization and technical agility.

• Liaise with internal security teams to ensure platform compliance, maintainability, and risk mitigation.

• 10+ years in software development, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (including AL development).

• Proven background in architecting complex enterprise applications.

• Deep understanding of NAV/BC architecture, APIs, and both on-prem & cloud deployments.

• Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools (preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently while driving strategic technical outcomes.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Lead the technical vision of a fast-growing, cloud-based fintech platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with direct impact on product innovation and architecture.
