Position – CSO (Chief Security Officer)

Required Experience – 15 to 20 Years

CTC Range – 10 to 12 Lacs/Annum

Preferred Industry – Forging & Machining / Heavy Machine industries / Large Manufacturing Plant

Preferred Candidate – Candidate should have acquaintance about the local Gummidipoondi area

A leading industrial forging manufacturing facility is looking for a disciplined and high-integrity leader to head plant security, vigilance, and loss prevention operations.

We are looking for retired Police Inspectors, DSP, ACP, or equivalent officers with 15–20+ years of law enforcement experience and a clean service record.

Strong expertise in industrial security, crisis management, labour unrest handling, investigations, CCTV surveillance, perimeter security, and liaison with Police, Fire, and Government authorities is essential.

Prior experience in manufacturing plants, large industrial sites, warehouses, ports, or workforce-intensive environments will be an added advantage.
