Job Description

  • Site Security Management.Supervise and control overall security arrangements at the construction site.
  • Asset Protection and safeguarding company's assets, man & machinery.
  • Manage and supervise security guards deployed at the site. Prepare duty rosters and ensure round-the-clock vigilance.
  • Conduct regular patrolling across the site, storage areas and equipment yards.
  • Identify security risks and take preventive actions.
  • Maintain daily security logs and incident reports. Immediately report theft, trespassing, accidents, or suspicious activities to management.
  • Respond effectively in emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security breaches.
  • Coordinate and liaison with local police, fire department, or authorities if required.
  • Ensure discipline among guards and workers regarding security procedures.
  • Enforce site rules and safety protocols.
