We're seeking a hands-on CSO with real-world incident experience who can design and operate security systems that remain resilient at scale.

You'll work directly with founders, make fast decisions, and own security end-to-end.

What You'll Own

• Define and execute KGeN's security vision and roadmap
• Design secure-by-default architectures for blockchain, AI, DeFi, and e-commerce
• Own incident response detection, containment, recovery, and learnings
• Lead cloud, app, infra, and network security (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, APIs)
• Embed AppSec & DevSecOps into engineering workflows (SAST, DAST, SSDLC)
• Drive risk, compliance, and data privacy (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Build and mentor a small, elite security team

Who You Are

• 712 years in cybersecurity, hands-on, preferably in FinTech / e-commerce / Web3
• Have handled breaches or live incidents, not just audits
• Strong across cloud, application, infra, and network security
• Hacker mindset, startup speed, zero bureaucracy
• Clear communicator who can challenge founders when needed

Bonus

• Web3 / blockchain or smart contract security exposure
• Certifications (CISSP, OSCP, CISM)
• Experience running bug bounty or red team programs
