As the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, you will oversee all security and safety measures for the hotel. This full-time, on-site position involves developing and managing security policies, supervising security personnel, performing regular risk assessments, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating security efforts with external authorities. The CSO will handle crisis management and work to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property at all times. The role is based in Bengaluru, and local candidates are preferred.

• Strong experience in security management, risk assessment, and crisis resolution
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to public safety and security operations
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills to oversee and train security staff
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with external authorities and stakeholders
• Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field is highly preferred
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and emergency action plans
• Relevant certifications in security management or related fields (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Safety & Security Management certifications) are advantageous
• Proficiency in using security monitoring systems and tools
• Must possess adaptability, good decision-making, and conflict resolution skills in high-pressure situations
