Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national retail sales operations for a multi-brand consumer business across geographies
  • Manage and mentor a large sales team including ASMs, Regional Managers, and Zonal Heads
  • Define and execute retail expansion strategies in line with business objectives
  • Drive business leadership at the store level, ensuring productivity, profitability, and compliance
  • Oversee and enhance Visual Merchandising and brand presentation across store formats
  • Ensure consistent customer experience, aligning store operations with brand values and SOPs
  • Analyze sales metrics, regional performance, and consumer insights to optimize operations
  • Drive collaboration between sales, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain functions
  • Lead performance management and capability development initiatives for the sales force
  • Leverage prior FMCG sales experience to introduce retail discipline and scalable processes
