Role Description
The Chief Relationship Manager for the Maturity Vertical will focus on customer retention and developing new business opportunities for Federal Bank's maturity customers. Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves designing and implementing strategies to achieve business growth and customer retention objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on retention and upselling
- Proven expertise in business development and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for devising and executing strategies
- Proficiency in financial product knowledge and insurance policies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
