Dorika Hospital is looking for an experienced Chief Quality & Transformation Officer (CQTO) to lead hospital-wide quality management, accreditation readiness, patient safety, process improvement and organisational transformation.
The role will work closely with the leadership team and clinical, nursing, diagnostic, administrative and support functions to establish a strong culture of quality, patient safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine or a related field.
- Additional qualifications/certifications in Healthcare Quality, NABH, Quality Management, Patient Safety or Healthcare Accreditation will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1.NABH & Quality Management
- Lead the hospital's NABH accreditation journey, from gap assessment and implementation to assessment readiness.
- Develop, review and standardise hospital policies, SOPs, protocols, manuals and quality documentation.
- Establish and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Develop departmental quality indicators, dashboards and monitoring mechanisms.
- Conduct and coordinate internal quality audits and monitor compliance with defined standards.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure effective closure of identified gaps.
- Ensure preparedness for accreditation assessments, surveillance audits and other quality evaluations.
2.Patient Safety & Clinical Quality
- Strengthen hospital-wide patient safety systems and quality practices.
- Promote standardisation of clinical and non-clinical processes.
- Work with clinical, nursing and support teams to identify quality and patient-safety risks.
- Support implementation of infection prevention, medication safety, documentation and other relevant quality initiatives.
3.Process Improvement & Transformation
- Identify operational gaps and implement standardised, efficient and measurable workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Develop systems for improved accountability, process adherence and departmental performance.
- Identify opportunities for technology-enabled process improvement and digitalisation.
- Support organisational restructuring and workflow redesign wherever required.
4.Training & Quality Culture
- Develop and conduct training on NABH standards, quality systems, patient safety, documentation and quality indicators.
- Build and mentor departmental quality champions.
- Promote a hospital-wide culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
5.Compliance & Governance
- Monitor compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and compliance records.
- Prepare quality and compliance reports for management review.
- Advise hospital leadership on quality, accreditation, governance, patient safety and operational improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare quality, hospital operations, accreditation, process improvement or organisational transformation.
- Significant experience in NABH accreditation and implementation in a hospital environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing hospital-wide QMS, SOPs, quality indicators, audits and CAPA systems.
- Strong understanding of clinical and non-clinical hospital processes.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and organisation-wide improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work directly with senior management as well as clinical and operational teams.
- Candidates with experience in hospital accreditation, quality leadership or transformation roles will be preferred.
We are looking for a hands-on healthcare quality leader, not just an accreditation coordinator, someone who can translate standards into practical hospital systems, improve departmental processes, build accountability and lead the organisation towards sustainable quality improvement.
