Position: Chief Platform Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Platform Architect to lead the production and delivery of digital twin solutions at our Madurai center. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving innovation in digital twin adoption for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Delivery Management
- Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of digital twin projects across multiple sectors (AEC, infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, etc.).
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure on- time, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for digital twin project stakeholders (internal and external).
- Technical Leadership
- Define digital twin workflows, standards, and processes for Pinnacle's delivery framework.
- Ensure seamless integration of BIM, IoT, cloud platforms, AR/VR, and data analytics into digital twin solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML-based predictive maintenance, smart asset monitoring).
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Build and lead a high-performing digital twin production team at Madurai.
- Mentor project managers, BIM engineers, software developers, and data analysts in digital twin best practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into digital twin solutions.
- Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to clients.
- Support business development and pre-sales teams in winning digital twin projects.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to ISO, data privacy, cybersecurity, and global quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through audits, project reviews, and feedback loops.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for digital twin delivery.
- Innovation & R&D
- Lead research initiatives to explore future-ready digital twin capabilities.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to create scalable digital twin platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose new business opportunities in digital twin consulting.
Candidate Profile
Education
B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
MBA/Project Management certification is a plus.
Experience: 10–15 years in AEC/BIM/Digital Twin projects, with at least 5 years in a project management or leadership role.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Bentley, Tekla, Civil 3D).
- Experience with IoT integration, cloud platforms (Azure Digital Twins, AWS, Autodesk Forge, Bentley iTwin).
- Familiarity with AR/VR, AI/ML applications, data analytics, and smart building solutions.
Project Management Skills: Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-location projects
with global clients.
Leadership Skills: Ability to build and lead high-performing teams; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
