Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Plan, monitor, and control the integrated project schedule in coordination with the D&B Contractor and MPMRCL to ensure achievement of contractual milestones and timely identification of delays and recovery measures.
  • Management of the information systems, inclusive of the Document control system development and administration: Establish, administer, and maintain project information and document control systems to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant management, circulation, and archiving of all project documentation.
  • Reporting Progress from /to the D&B Contractor and MPMRCL: Collect, validate, and consolidate progress data from all disciplines and prepare structured progress updates and reports for submission to the D&B Contractor and MPMRCL.
  • Monitor and report on KPI's: Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to schedule, cost, quality, safety, and productivity, highlighting trends, variances, and corrective actions.
  • Cashflow and resource forecast: Prepare, update, and monitor cash flow projections and resource forecasts in alignment with project schedules, planned activities, and actual progress.
  • Period update and submission of Dashboard reports: Develop, update, and submit periodic project dashboards presenting an integrated view of schedule, cost, KPIs, risks, and critical actions to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate payment requisition process with MPMRCL: Coordinate preparation, verification, and timely submission of payment requisitions to MPMRCL, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and contractual compliance.
  • Critical Issues and action reporting: Identify, document, track, and report critical project issues and action items, ensuring timely escalation and closure in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Preparing General Consultant's Monthly Progress Report: Compile and submit the General Consultant's Monthly Progress Report by integrating inputs from all disciplines in accordance with contractual and client reporting requirements.
  • Graduation in Engineering along with relevant certifications
  • 20+ Years of Post Qualification work Experience
  • 5+ Years of experience working in similar positions/roles, on Metro Projects with GC / PMC / Client / Supervision or Construction firm / OEMs of Systems who has been awarded the work by the Metro implementing agency.
  • More than 2 Metro Projects in similar or equivalent positions.
