Role Description

The Chief People Officer (CPO) will lead the development and execution of strategic human resource strategies to foster a positive and productive work culture at SDA. Responsibilities include overseeing succession planning, designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee performance, and driving employee engagement initiatives. As a key partner to the senior leadership team, the CPO will ensure that workplace policies and practices align with the overall business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Succession Planning and workforce development to ensure team growth and sustainability
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and an ability to address and resolve workplace concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing HR Policies and frameworks
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Performance Management systems, including setting benchmarks, assessments, and reward programs
  • Skills in fostering Employee Engagement through initiatives that enhance morale, retention, and employee satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in a senior HR leadership role, with expertise in managing teams
