We are looking for Top Management Professional, leading Hospital Operations and Reporting to the Chairman.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) at a Hospital & Research Centre located in Mumbai. The COO will oversee daily operations, implement effective business planning, manage budgets, and ensure the organization operates efficiently. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, creating strategies for growth, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Business Planning and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management, including leading teams and enhancing operational performance.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance and Budgeting to ensure financial health and resource optimization.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the healthcare or research industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
