Chief Operating Officer

Founded by serial entrepreneur Angel Versetti, Versetti Family Office focuses on supporting bold deep tech ventures. We primarily invest in longevity startups and R&D projects that aim to solve aging and enhance human lifespan and healthspan. Our goal is to offer funding, strategic guidance, and operational support to innovative projects that hold the potential to transform lives.

This is a full-time, remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations, manage business planning processes, and develop and implement operational strategies. Responsibilities include financial planning, analyzing and identifying areas for improvement, budgeting, and ensuring efficient operational management. Collaboration with other executive team members to drive company goals is also essential.

• Proven experience in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience and proficiency in Finance and Budgeting
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the tech industry or with deep tech ventures is a plus
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
