About the Role

As the COO and P&L Head, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, superior patient outcomes, and financial performance.

You will work closely with clinicians and cross-functional leaders to build a high-performing, future-ready healthcare institution.

• End-to-end hospital operations with complete P&L responsibility
• Strategic planning and business growth
• Operational excellence and financial performance
• Quality, accreditation, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Patient experience and service excellence
• Clinician engagement and stakeholder management
• Innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement

Who We're Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare management within multi-specialty or super-specialty hospitals
• Proven experience in leading hospital operations with P&L accountability
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills
• Expertise in quality systems, patient safety, and healthcare compliance
• Outstanding stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities
