Most agency COOs are just glorified project managers who shuffle Slack messages, update Notion boards, and ask for status updates. We don't want a project manager. We need a wartime Operator.
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who has successfully scaled an agency before. We prefer someone who has built their own company from the ground up, tasted the chaos, and knows what it takes to build systems that actually work. You won't just be looking at spreadsheets; you need to understand the anatomy of a winning campaign. If you know how to enforce ruthless operational discipline while deeply understanding copy, video production, and high-level GTM strategy, we need to talk.
What You'll Be Doing (The Real Work):- Scaling the Delivery Engine: You will build and manage the operational infrastructure that allows us to double our client roster without breaking our creative or performance teams. You turn chaotic agency workflows into predictable, high-margin systems.
- The Get It Done Authority: When a project is bottlenecked, you don't just assign it to someone else—you know how to unblock it. You understand what makes great copy, how a video shoot should be run, and what pacing an edit needs to retain attention. You hold the final line on quality control.
- GTM & Strategy Oversight: You ensure that our daily operational output perfectly aligns with our clients overarching Go-To-Market and brand strategies. You bridge the gap between high-level client promises and in-the-trenches execution.
- Resource & Margin Management: You will own the agency's unit economics. You will dictate when to hire in-house, when to deploy our freelance network, and how to ensure every account remains highly profitable without burning out the team.
Who You Are:- A Former Founder or Agency Scaler: You have been in the driver's seat. You have taken an agency or a startup through a significant growth phase and have the scars to prove it.
- A Creative & Growth Hybrid: You are uniquely dangerous because you understand both the creative side (shooting, editing, writing) and the business side (performance, strategy, GTM).
- An Anti-Bureaucrat: You hate unnecessary meetings and bloated processes. You build lean systems that increase speed and output.
- Radically Accountable: You don't make excuses. You take ownership of the team's output, the client's satisfaction, and the agency's bottom line.
