Role Summary
Own and drive end-to-end operations and profitability of Castmaster, ensuring readiness for scale, OEM expectations, and global competitiveness.
Strong Leadership and Administrative ability to coordinate and ensure work is done by all departments
Key Responsibilities
1. Plant Operations
- Oversee all 3 plants + new plant setups
- Manage:
- HPDC operations (14 machines)
- CNC machining (150 machines)
- Ensure capacity utilization optimization
2. Operational Excellence
- Improve:
- OEE
- Cycle time
- Rejection rates
- Implement lean manufacturing & automation initiatives
- Drive PPM reduction (critical for OEMs)
3. Growth & Expansion
- Lead new plant commissioning
- Support JV / new business initiatives
- Capex planning and execution
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align Purchase, HR, Finance, QA, Production
- Build strong second-line leadership
5. Customer & Business Alignment
- Interface with key OEM customers
- Ensure delivery, quality, and cost competitiveness
- Support new project development (APQP mindset)

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Effective Leadership and Administrative Skills
- Strong background in HPDC + CNC machining
- Experience handling large-scale automotive manufacturing operations
- Proven track record in turnaround + scaling businesses
- Leadership over 500+ workforce
Should have held a Vice president Position in his Previous Jobs
