This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) role located in Surat. As the COO, you will oversee the company's daily operations, implement business strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities will include managing budgets, leading teams, optimizing operational performance, and collaborating with department heads to drive efficiency and facilitate sustained growth. You will also play a key role in decision-making, problem-solving, and financial planning.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Proven Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and performance tracking
• Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting, including oversight and optimization of financial resources
• Leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in an operations or leadership role, preferably at an agency or in a creative industry
