Role DescriptionThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Franforge is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that business processes support the company's strategic objectives. The COO will lead operational planning, optimize workflows, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and service quality. This role includes managing operational performance metrics, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The COO will collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, support budgeting and resource allocation, and contribute to long-term growth plans. The position also involves mentoring senior managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and aligning operations with client-focused investment solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and strategic leadership skills, with experience developing and executing operational plans.
- Operations Management expertise, including process optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess operational risks, and support decision-making.
- Solid Finance and Budgeting capabilities, including managing operating budgets and supporting financial sustainability.
- Proven experience in senior operations or executive roles, ideally within financial services or investment-related organizations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in remote, distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
