Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale company-wide operations across delivery execution, implementation planning, field operations, support functions, vendor ecosystems, and operational governance.

This role requires a highly execution-driven leader capable of transforming operations into a disciplined, data-driven, and scalable function that supports rapid organizational growth while ensuring predictable delivery, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable margin performance.

The COO will work closely with the Board of Directors and cross-functional leadership teams to institutionalize operational excellence frameworks, quality systems, governance mechanisms, and scalable deployment architectures across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Delivery Excellence

Lead end-to-end operational execution across all projects, deployments, and customer programs

Drive operational efficiency, delivery predictability, and margin optimization

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality, and operational targets

Establish execution governance models and operational review frameworks

Lead implementation planning and deployment readiness across customer sites

Operational Scaling & Process Architecture

Design scalable operational and delivery frameworks for long-term business growth

Build repeatable execution models across industries and geographies

Drive process standardization and operational maturity across teams

Institutionalize scalable operational playbooks and delivery systems

Quality Management & Governance

Establish and strengthen Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Drive operational compliance and governance mechanisms

Implement structured PMO frameworks and operational metrics tracking

Ensure strong operational visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and executive reviews

Vendor & Field Operations Management

Lead vendor ecosystems across procurement, deployment, annotation, and field services

Drive SLA governance, operational responsiveness, and customer satisfaction

Manage field execution quality and support operations

Optimize vendor performance, cost efficiency, and deployment effectiveness

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with engineering, automation, procurement, QA/QC, and delivery teams

Align operational execution with organizational and financial objectives

Lead operational decision-making in high-growth and fast-scaling environments

Drive accountability, ownership, and execution discipline across teams

Strategic Execution & Business Alignment

Translate strategic business objectives into scalable operational frameworks

Support long-term organizational growth through operational transformation

Drive data-driven decision-making and operational transparency

Present operational performance insights to executive leadership and Board members

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, AI, Industrial Engineering, or related field)

MBA or Master's Degree preferred

PMP Certification preferred

12–18 years of experience in operations leadership roles

Experience in Robotics, AI, Computer Vision, Industrial Automation, or System Integration industries preferred

Experience in high-growth or scaling technology organizations strongly preferred
