Chief Operating Officer (COO) | With Investment

Butter Fruit is a nutrition-first food brand built around a simple belief: people deserve meals that are convenient, transparent, and nutritionally balanced. We are now looking for a hands-on COO to join the business as an operating partner and shareholder.

This is not a traditional salaried leadership role.

We are seeking an experienced food & beverage operator who is interested in taking an ownership position in the business through a capital investment and active operational leadership.

• Day-to-day business operations at scale
• Kitchen and production management
• Supply chain and vendor relationships
• Team hiring, training, and performance management
• Unit economics and profitability improvement
• Process development and operational scaling
• Food quality, safety, and compliance

• 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, QSR, cloud kitchen, restaurant, FMCG food, or related sectors
• Proven operational leadership experience
• Strong understanding of complex on ground operations management
• Experience building systems and processes for growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
