WowJobs is conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of its client, a publicly listed specialty chemicals company serving customers across 25+ countries. As the company expands its manufacturing capabilities and invests in a new greenfield facility, it is seeking an accomplished operations leader to drive multi-site performance, scale up innovation and translate its growth plans into commercial results.

The Mandate

• Lead operations across multiple manufacturing locations and key functions, including Projects, Quality, EHS and Supply Chain.
• Drive greenfield commissioning, technology transfer and commercial ramp-up.
• Accelerate R&D-to-commercialisation of specialty chemical products.
• Strengthen operational excellence, process safety, profitability and organisational capability.

What You Bring

• B.E./B.Tech. Chemical Engineering, M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent technical qualification.
• Extensive leadership experience in specialty/fine chemicals .
• Current or previous experience as COO, Chief Manufacturing Officer, President – Operations or Cluster Manufacturing Head.
• Proven multi-site leadership across 2–3 manufacturing locations.
• Strong expertise in batch processing through DCS, CAPEX, plant commissioning and operational transformation.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, with responsibility across multiple manufacturing sites in Gujarat
