Job Description

  • Oversee UK Data Solutions, Global Data Solutions, Market Research, HR Operations, Finance, and Internal Operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and scaling.
  • Ensure delivery quality, GDPR/ISO 27001 compliance, and operational efficiency across all functions.
  • Build, scale, and lead 100+ member global teams across Data Engineering, Development, Market Research, and Support.
  • Define and monitor KRAs & KPIs for each function, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Partner with the Product Head & CTO to implement tech-enabled delivery, automation, and innovation initiatives.
  • Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to achieve scalability, cost efficiency, and performance excellence.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, focusing on employee retention, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Proactively identify operational risks, ensure governance, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Champion process automation, dashboards, and delivery governance to ensure consistent client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1520 years of experience in Data Operations, Market Research, SaaS, or Analytics industries.
  • Proven track record in scaling and leading 100+ member global teams.
  • Strong exposure to GDPR / ISO27001 compliance and operational governance.
  • Deep knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and process management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations across geographies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, client-facing, and escalation-handling skills.
  • Prior experience in managing offshore delivery teams for international clients.
  • Exposure to automation, ETL, cloud-based data systems, and operational dashboards (advantage).
  • Ability to align HR, Finance, and internal operations with global business goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
