Classic Search is hiring for one of their real estate client's in Bangalore

Role :- COO

Industry - Real Estate

Required Experience :- 20-25 years experience in total with senior operations roles in real estate development or construction.

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration or equivalent; postgraduate degree (MBA) preferred.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple large projects ,managing project P&Ls, and improving working capital.
• Will translate board strategy into operational plans,resource plans, and capital allocation decisions; implement process KPIs and continuous improvement across Functions .
• Align sales forecasting with construction improve conversion and handover processes, reduce customer grievances
• Ensure operational disclosures, timelines and internal requirements; coordinate with Compliance Officer, Company Secretary and auditors and other Real Estate Laws applicable in Karnataka .

Experience of working on the real estate industry is a must . Should have strong project management , P&L and team leadership experience.
