To accelerate scale and execution excellence, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with prior exposure to similar business models, enabling AgeWell to gain a strong competitive advantage in the market.

Role Overview

The COO will be responsible for driving operational strategy, execution, and scalability across all AgeWell verticals. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from comparable nutraceutical, wellness, or personal care brands, allowing faster decision-making, process maturity, and market responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations across nutraceutical manufacturing, supply chain, digital platforms, and wellness centre operations.
• Design and implement scalable SOPs, systems, and operational frameworks aligned with growth plans.
• Work closely with the MD and leadership team to execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
• Drive operational KPIs, cost optimization, service quality, and process improvements.
• Lead vendor management, procurement, logistics, and inventory planning.
• Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional operational teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and risk management.
• Leverage prior industry experience to implement best practices and outperform competitors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of senior operations leadership experience.
• Mandatory experience working with brands similar to AgeWell — nutraceuticals, wellness, personal care, or consumer health ecosystems.
• Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-vertical businesses.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
