Position: Chief Office Executive

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

The Chief Office Executive will support the founders in managing daily operations, communication, and coordination across teams. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities, support basic data reporting, and ensure smooth execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Reporting Support
  • Assist in collecting and maintaining data for MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure timely updates and basic analysis for internal reporting.
  • Coordinate with teams to gather required information.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact between founders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership.
  • Draft basic communication, reports, and presentations.
  • Executive Support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize daily priorities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and track action items.
  • Take meeting notes and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Project & Task Coordination
  • Support ongoing projects by tracking progress and coordinating with teams.
  • Assist in research, data collection, and execution of assigned tasks.
  • Travel & Logistics
  • Coordinate travel plans, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Assist in managing logistics for meetings and events.
  • Office & Administrative Support
  • Support office operations and coordination across departments.
  • Maintain documents, records, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Operations / Coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication (written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail.
