ABOUT XINDUS

Xindus builds the operating system for Indian exporters going global. We are backed to take

100,000 exporters to $100B in trade — the Ind2World mission. Our founders office sits at the

center of every funding, product, and growth decision the company makes.

THE ROLE

You work directly with the CEO to close Series B, own ecosystem visibility, and fix the

internal execution engine — three things that determine whether Xindus compounds or

stalls. We need someone who can run a data room at 11pm and a founder catch-up at 8am

with the same precision. You will sit closer to capital, customers, and the company's

operating rhythm than almost anyone else at Xindus. If you want to learn how a company

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Own end-to-end fundraise operations — data room, investor coordination, follow-ups — with

zero drops across every round.

Drive Series B alongside the CEO as a key driver of the round, from investor targeting to

term sheet to close.

Build Xindus's visibility across the funding, customer, and partner ecosystem through

content, outreach, and recurring exec-level catchups.

Reduce execution lag company-wide by redesigning OKR and productivity workflows that

raise accountability across every team.

Automate manual operating workflows with AI tools that cut turnaround time and free up

leadership bandwidth.

Own hiring pipeline development for critical roles, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified

candidates.

IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

By day 30, you are running the company's OKR cycle end to end — no one is chasing

updates, you are publishing them. By day 60, you own the online content program and

outreach engine, with real output live: published content, an active outreach list, and booked

exec conversations. By day 90, you are working alongside the CEO on active Series B

conversations, with a clear engagement and update calendar running for every C-level,

founder, and investor relationship that matters to Xindus right now.

IN YOUR FIRST YEAR

You and the CEO close Series B together — you are a key driver of the round, owning the

data room, investor coordination, and follow-through from first call to signature. Your exec-

level outreach and engagement generate an additional INR 250 crores in revenue. Every

OKR cycle you built runs without you in the room, and every workflow you automated has

freed hours back to leadership. This is what compounding looks like on the way to

Ind2World.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2-4 years at MBB or equivalent strategy/operating environment.

Proven builder track record — you have shipped tools, processes, or systems, not just

decks.

AI-native — daily use of AI to automate work, not occasional experimentation.

Direct experience with fundraise processes, investor materials, or board-level reporting.

Track record of owning a workflow or function end to end, not just contributing to one.

WHO WILL THRIVE HERE

You are comfortable without a playbook — you would rather write one than follow one. You

want to work shoulder to shoulder with the CEO on the highest-stakes decision the company

will make this year, and you are willing to earn that seat through delivery, not tenure. You

own outcomes completely and do not wait to be handed the problem. If you need a defined

process before you move, this role will frustrate you.

THE HONEST PART

This is a founders office role with fewer layers and less structure than a strategy firm gives

you. You will face ambiguity daily, and the CEO will expect output, not updates on why
