About the Team

The Department ensures that the organisation operates with strong governance, regulatory adherence, and legal integrity. The Department manages all legal matters, corporate secretarial responsibilities, and compliance frameworks, enabling smooth and compliant business operations. The Department also includes the Public Policy & Government Affairs function, which works closely to represent the organisation's interests before policy makers, regulators and industry bodies, and stay ahead of evolving regulatory developments. Together, these teams provide end-to-end ownership across legal, compliance, regulatory, and policy mattersfrom interpreting laws and managing board processes to ensuring compliance and maintaining key policy relationships. The function combines legal expertise, regulatory insight, and operational precision to support responsible and compliant growth.

About the Rol

eAs the Chief of Staff you will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and regulatory alignment. You'll work closely with the Head, LSC & PPand senior leadership to drive high-priority initiatives across legal, compliance, governance, and policy functions. The role requires strong structuring, clear thinking, and tight coordination across internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as regulators, industry bodies, and partner institutions. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, manage end-to-end execution, and ensure momentum on key projects that shape the organisation's regulatory and governance framework. You'll act as a trusted thought partner by breaking down complex issues, driving clarity, and ensuring disciplined execution across multiple charters
