This is not an admin role with an ambitious title. It's a Chief of Staff apprenticeship — a deliberate two-year path from running the CAIO's office to owning the work that shapes AI strategy.

You'll start close to the engine. The CAIO is building an enterprise AI platform and a portfolio of AI products, and the office around that moves fast and decides constantly. Your first job is to make that machine run — calendar, inbox, travel, briefings — because that's how you learn where the real leverage sits. Within months, you graduate into the things that have no other owner: strategy preparation, operating cadence, follow-through on decisions, competitive research, and the white papers and presentations that carry the CAIO's thinking into the world.

What you'll do

Run the office, end to end. Own the CAIO's time and attention. Screen email and LinkedIn, draft responses worth the CAIO's signature, keep every follow-up tight. Nothing important falls through.

Be the institutional memory. Build and maintain a CRM of every meaningful relationship — what was discussed, what was promised, what's next. When the CAIO travels, you've already surfaced the people worth reconnecting with.

Engineer the logistics. Itineraries, visas, documentation, the lot — planned early and stitched together with the meetings and networking that make each trip count.

Sit in the room. Attend internal, vendor, and operational meetings on the CAIO's behalf. Write the summary, track the actions, drive them to done.

Brief before everything. Research the company, the person, the context, so the CAIO walks in already knowing what matters.

Grow into the mandate. Shadow strategy sessions. Contribute to AI presentations and white papers. Sit in on partnership and product conversations. Run the market scans and competitive analyses that actually move decisions.

Who we're looking for

• 0 to 2 years of experience. Exceptional fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — confidence and instinct matter more here than a long CV.
• We have a strong preference for graduates of India's leading IITs and IIMs — particularly IIT Bombay, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur, and Kharagpur, and IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore, and Kozhikode. Exceptional candidates from other top institutions are genuinely welcome to make their case.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you can draft an email the CAIO would have written himself.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and modern calendar systems. A bonus if you already use AI tools to make your own work faster.
• Detail-obsessed, able to hold many threads at once, and genuinely allergic to dropped balls.
• Outgoing, analytical, and the kind of person others want to stay in touch with.
