Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid contract role for our client - a Chief of Staff to our client, a Content Centre of Excellence Head, located in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will assist in strategic planning, manage special projects, and oversee the daily operations of the Centre of Excellence. The role involves coordinating between internal BUs, streamlining processes, and providing executive support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence. The candidate will also be responsible for internal communications, ensuring alignment across teams and performing detailed reviews of marketing content assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social).
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Run Agile workflows for content operations.
- Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews).
- Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency.
- Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
- Essential - Strategic Planning and Project Management skills
- Essential - Very strong skills in content creation, curation, editing and content management
- Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications
- Coordination and Process Streamlining abilities
- Executive Support and Report Preparation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Preferable - A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences.
