Chief of staff at a deep tech aerospace startup
Experience: 3–6 Years
About the Role:
Work directly with founders on business strategy, growth initiatives, partnerships and execution across the SpaceTech, DefenceTech and Aerospace ecosystem.
What we're looking for:
Management consulting / strategy experience
Relevant SpaceTech, DefenceTech, Aerospace or deep-tech exposure (essential)
Experience in product, design and engineering
End-to-end execution of strategic projects
Strong problem-solving, presentations & business communication
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
