Chief of Staff

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience working on strategic and cross-functional business initiatives with measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects from problem definition through execution, rather than only coordinating or supporting.

• Strong structured thinking, problem-solving and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership/promoters in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

A profitable, bootstrapped IT lifecycle company operating across seven business units, including hardware, refurbishment, rentals, services, spares, IT asset disposition and cloud. The company is entering its next phase of growth, with ambitious plans to materially scale the business over the next two years.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with the Director on business strategy, new verticals and key company-wide priorities.

• Run the operating cadence of the Director's Office, including business reviews, key decisions and follow-through.

• Lead annual and medium-term business planning across multiple business units.

• Drive 2–3 high-priority cross-functional projects each quarter across areas such as new verticals, internal systems, M&A and organisation design.

• Work across teams to ensure strategic initiatives move from planning to actual execution.

• Represent the Director in relevant internal forums and drive alignment across stakeholders.

• Prepare board and investor materials and support key strategic discussions.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• 4–10 years of total professional experience.

• Experience in strategy consulting, investing (PE/VC/IB), or strategy & operations within a growth-stage company preferred.

• MBA from a leading business school preferred.

• Comfortable operating in a promoter-led, high-velocity business environment.

Reporting To: Director

Industry Target: Strategy consulting, PE/VC/Investment Banking, or Strategy & Operations experience in a growth-stage company. Candidates with exposure to technology, IT services, enterprise technology or adjacent B2B businesses can be preferred.
