Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ch Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) for the role of Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities, oversee cross-functional projects, and ensure operational efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities include providing executive support, establishing frameworks for organizational goals, enabling team communication, managing priorities, and driving initiatives to completion. This role involves facilitating decision-making processes, preparing reports, and supporting business objectives to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• MBA / Management post graduate from a top tier institution
• Engineering graduate or Chartered Accountant
• 2 years Minimum work experience in manufacturing industry
• Certification in project management techniques and/or tools
