Role Overview

Ridhira Group is seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to act as a central leadership anchor, driving organizational growth, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence across the Group's real estate, wellness, and hospitality verticals.

This role will work closely with the leadership team to scale Ridhira's vision of wellness-integrated luxury living and community development, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and execution across functions.

I'm looking for my shadow CEO.

Ridhira Group is building India's first AI-native longevity and wellness conglomerate — Ode Spa (134+ outlets, 1.5M customers), Ode Life (our Prakriti + biomarker subscription platform), Ridhira Retreats (heritage hospitality), and a 100-agent AI operating platform.

We're mid-flight on a BSE listing, an institutional raise, and a global luxury JV.

This is not a coordination role. It's a power multiplier role.

What you'll own:

→ Founder's operating calendar, decision pipeline, and board materials

→ Capital markets execution — RTO, PE fundraise, M&A diligence

→ Cross-functional governance across AI, product, hospitality, and partnerships

→ C-suite hiring, OKR architecture, and leadership operating model

→ Global JV and investor relationship management

Who you are:

Min of 4–8 years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Kearney, LEK, or Oliver Wyman — EM/Principal level

Capital markets literate — IPO, PE, M&A, SEBI structures don't faze you

You've made the leap from advisory to execution before

MBA from IIM-A/B/C, ISB, LBS, INSEAD, Wharton, HBS, or Stanford GSB preferred

Comfortable holding context across wellness, AI, real estate, and financial markets simultaneously
