• Translate CEO's vision into actionable strategic roadmaps and OKRs
• Lead cross-functional execution of key initiatives and strategic priorities
• Design and manage executive governance and operating cadences
• Support organizational communication and alignment across teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide structured decision frameworks for executive-level choices
• Act as CEO delegate in internal forums, ensuring continuity and alignment
• Track project progress, risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Partner with HR and Comms to drive messaging and leadership culture
