Partner with the Managing Director to convert business strategy into clearly defined priorities, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed with discipline across the organization.

Establish mechanisms to monitor progress, identify execution risks and intervene where necessary to maintain momentum.

• Improve Business Performance

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and continuously evaluate operational and commercial performance.

Work with business leaders to identify performance gaps, improve productivity, optimize costs and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

• Lead Enterprise-wide Initiatives

Provide leadership to strategic initiatives that have organization-wide impact, including business transformation, digitalization, operational excellence, manufacturing improvement, automation, capacity expansion and other critical growth programmers.

• Strengthen Leadership Alignment

Act as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team by encouraging collaboration across business functions, resolving cross-functional challenges and ensuring organizational priorities remain aligned.

Influence without relying on hierarchy, building credibility through sound judgement, business insight and execution excellence.

• Support Executive Decision-Making

Provide the Managing Director with objective analysis, balanced perspectives and actionable recommendations on strategic and operational matters.

Prepare high-quality business reviews that focus on insights, business implications and recommended actions rather than simply reporting information.

• Build an Execution-focused Culture

Introduce greater discipline in how the organization plans, reviews and executes its priorities.

Drive accountability across leadership teams by ensuring commitments are translated into measurable actions with clear ownership.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in the same domain with 5-6 years in Manufacturing Industry
• Experience working directly with a CEO, Managing Director or Executive Leadership Team.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of operations, finance, sales, exports, supply chain, business development, commercial functions and organizational effectiveness.
